In order to achieve this, we use a variety of teaching techniques and tools that are designed to engage and motivate each child. Additionally, we work closely with families to ensure that their child's learning experience is aligned with their individual goals and needs.

Standards of Learning - By basing our curriculum on Virginia Standards of Learning we are able to meet and exceed each standard customized to your child. We know that many approaches provide value to the education of a young child’s life. By leaving the approach broad for the educator, it allows them to truly personalize each child’s education.
Learning Evidence - We support our learning standards with evidence. This includes pictures, videos, observation notes, and work samples from your child. We update you in real-time to get a transparent view into the classroom.
Social-Emotional Growth - We work with each family to set goals for their child’s social emotional growth. We show evidence of that growth in the classroom so our families know their goals are moving forward.
We train our team in many approaches giving them the toolkit to support many types of learners.
